The mean arterial pressure (MAP) is a term used in medicine to describe an average blood pressure in an individual. It is defined as the average arterial pressure during a single cardiac cycle. MAP-Cal is a calculator tool which helps the users to calculate the mean arterial pressure in easy steps. MAP will give you an idea on the perfusion pressure seen by the organs in the body. Normal values of MAP lie between 70-110 mmHg
